Shipping & Handling

Nazranaa ships to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders received from Monday to Thursday are shipped the next day and orders received from Friday to Monday are shipped on Tuesday.

International Shipping

International orders received from Monday to Wednesday are shipped on Friday and orders received from Thursday to Sunday are shipped on Tuesday. There may be taxes, duties, and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before or after the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Midori. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by Midori.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Nazranaa is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Returned/ Refused Orders
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 5% restocking fee.
